The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the Management of Aquatic and Leisure Facilities. The facilities include Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre, Cook + Phillip Park Aquatic & Fitness Centre and Andrew (Boy) Charlton Pool. These facilities are significant assets within the City’s social and leisure infrastructure and play an important role in providing a range of programs and services in active leisure.

Effective management, use and servicing of the facilities are pivotal to public health, enjoyment, wellbeing and safety. This is achieved through high standard delivery of core services, ongoing quality management and maintenance of the assets and adoption of sustainable management practices.

The tenderer will be required to deliver a range of programs and services in line with the specification to meet the requirements of the City, its residents and the surrounding community. Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability in the provision of these services, their experience and their commitment to environmentally sound principles.
