The first MagnaLatch ever made, the ‘Side Pull’ model, has now been redesigned in a "key lockable" version.
Unlike earlier Side Pull latches, this one also incorporates D&D Technologies’ patented Lost Motion Technology, a zone of “free-play” that makes the top-selling MagnaLatch® Top Pull the world’s safest gate latch!
There are three models of this new latch: one is designed especially for metal or wood gates around homes and gardens, while two others are ideal for today’s popular glass gates with square or 50mm-round fence posts (e.g. swimming pools)
This latch comes with vertical and horizontal adjustment of up to 8mm, which makes installation easier and allows fine-tuning of the latching alignment well after installation.
Powered by the same super-strong "permanent magnets" as other MagnaLatch models, and being made from strong engineering polymers and stainless steel components, it is designed to provide a lifetime of service.
