On 26 July 2019, David Hambleton of Rodgers Reidy was appointed as Liquidator of Majestic Pools and Landscapes Pty Ltd (“the Company”).
The Company operated a swimming pool and landscaping design & construction business which traded as “Majestic Constructions”.
As a result of the appointment to the Liquidator, the affairs, business, and property of the Company is now under control of the Liquidator and can only be dealt with by his express written consent.
The Liquidator has engaged O’Maras Valuers & Auctioneers to conduct a sale campaign via Expressions of Interest for certain assets. These include the business trade mark, website, email, phone numbers and other assets.
