New Basalto Clinker tiles from Middle Earth
New Zealand ceramic tile and paving manufacturer, Middle Earth, has introduced Basalto Clinker tiles to the Australasian market.
Developed in Spain, Basalto Clinker tiles have black, grey and metallic shades which suit modern architectural spaces.
Basalto is manufactured from high-quality clays in a single 44 hour firing cycle at a temperature of 1360ºC, giving it a natural blend of shades and excellent technical performance.
The tiles have a slip resistance rating of R12 and are resistant to scratching, impact, abrasion, flexing, frost, thermal shock, stains and acids. The high technical performance of Basalto Clinker tiles makes it the ideal product for swimming pools and outdoor paving, always respecting the environment and contributing to the development of sustainable architecture.
They are available in a comprehensive range of tile sizes and accessories and include a new Infinity Pool edging tile, ceramic drainage grates and overflow drains.
Other Clinker tile colours include Lava, Light Sand and Natural.
