New learn-to-swim tool improves organisation

Learn2 is Gladstone’s new course management tool allowing for accurate administration, course co-ordination and customer interaction. The advantages of the Learn2 solution include up-to-the-minute reporting, online enrolment and the use of a portable device for teachers which drastically reduces administration time.

Gladstone says its tool will reduce the pressure on receptionists, as it allows customers to re-enrol from home using the Home Portal function. Data copied from Plus2 permits customers to view weekly teacher feedback. Home Portal is intelligent enough to allow a parent to manage more than one child and more than one course, all within one easy login.

No more enrolment letters – once the pupil has been approved to move up to the next class, or needs to pay for the next set of lessons, Learn2 will automatically email and/or SMS the parent, informing them of the change. Should the parent not respond, reception will be alerted.
