Pooling ideas at the Country Pool Managers Conference

The thirteenth Country Pool Managers Conference was held at the new, bright and airy Lake Macquarie Club south of Newcastle on the NSW coast.

It was well attended with more than 130 delegates enjoying the seminar topics including discussions on chemical spills, safety audits, pool inflatables, indigenous swimming programs, developing profitable swim school businesses, how to “leisurise” your centre and a forum on what types of renovations help attract patrons entitled: “What an upgraded facility has done for me.”

It was widely considered one of the best conferences over the past 13 years.

The next conference will be held at Tamworth in 2015.
