SPLASH! gets new Twitter account

The official SPLASH twitter account is now @SPLASHmagonline. Start following now to avoid missing any news.

Since March 2009, Followers of SPLASH! magazine’s tweets have been kept updated with the latest happenings in the Australasian swimming pool industry, as well as global breaking news. For example, over those past four years our Followers were among the first people in the world to learn of Pentair’s merger with Tyco; Hayward’s purchase of ClevaQuip; the establishment of SPRAA and the formation of the Swimming Pool and Spa Alliance. They were also kept informed about the Poolrite voluntary administration and the ongoing issues involved with it; and even received timely warnings such as an alert about a dodgy pool show operator who in fact did not have a show organised at all.

All this was done under the account @AussieSPLASH!. Now we've moved over to the @SPLASHmagonline account to bring us into line with other titles in the Intermedia stable. Both are currently in use, but we'll be removing the AussieSPLASH! account on April 1.

So, if you are an existing Follower please swap over to the new @SPLASHmagonline account. If you haven’t tried Twitter before, join up and follow @SPLASHmagonline so you’ll be notified of news stories as they happen. It’s a great way to stay in touch with the industry, and ensure you find out first what’s going on.
