Successful Australian-Euro collaboration

Piscine SPLASH! Asia, the first collaboration between French company GL Events and Australian event organiser Interpoint Events has been completed successfully.

The show was held over two days, including an extensive seminar and education program, at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre in Singapore - Asia's cosmopolitan capital and trading hub.

There were 65 exhibiting companies from 11 countries and four continents. More than 700 visitors attended from 25 different countries. Managing director of Interpoint Events, Simon Cooper said he was pleased that the event had achieved its goal of being a truly international meeting place for the industry in Asia.

Interpoint held a SPLASH! pool and spa trade show in Singapore in 2011, but this was the first joint event with GL. Plans are underway for another joint event in 2015.

The regular golf tournament was held after the completion of the event, with Team Supreme claiming the bragging rights.
