Sydney complex wins international award

Australian property developer Crown Group has been awarded two international accolades for two Sydney projects.

Sydney-based Crown Group was named winner in two categories of the 2015-2016 International Property Awards, Asia-Pacific region, which will be presented at an official ceremony on May 7 and 8 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

Crown Group brought home the Residential Development (Australia) award for its iconic 220-

apartment development at 161 Clarence Street - Sydney by Crown. The 25 storey CBD residential complex features a rooftop water feature with panoramic views over the city and suburbs, as part of its exclusive Horizon Lounge. It also features an Ice Cave swimming pool.

Crown Group was also  named winner of the Interior Design Apartment (Australia) award for its three bedroom penthouse at the recently-completed Viking by Crown in Waterloo.

Entrants from more than 25 countries competed across each category in the region and were judged by a

panel of more than 70 experts.

At last year’s International Property Awards Crown Group was awarded the Residential Development award for its $500-million development, Top Ryde City Living and Development Marketing award for its North Sydney development, Skye by Crown.
