Victorian Pool & Spa Expo + Outdoor Design Show up 22 per cent

SPASA Victoria is celebrating following an increase of visitor attendance to their rejigged summer expo, retitled the Pool & Spa Expo + Outdoor Design Show.

The show claimed a 22 per cent increase in visitation over the 2016 summer expo. It featured 92 exhibitors and SPASA says it was the beginning of an evolution in their consumer shows.

Show organisers did not provide total numbers, but the increase in attendance appeared to be in line with exhibitor perceptions.

“Our incredible feature garden gave those dreaming of a backyard renovation a tangible idea of what’s possible. Having analysed consumer feedback via attendee surveys – as well as anecdotal evidence reported back from our exhibitors – it is clear that consumers are demanding a simple solution to their backyard renovations, ideally a one-stop-shop for a complete back door to back fence revolution.”
