In the third in the series of video interviews with international leaders recorded at SPLASH! 2016 on the Gold Coast, we spoke to Gary Pogharian, maintenance director at Yas Waterworld.

He has impressive experience managing the maintenance of some of the biggest and most complicated waterparks in the world, including two in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

He offers his observations on global waterpark trends, on the issue of balancing volume and main attraction rides, and also offers his unique perspective on managing waterparks in the Arab world.
