Senior Salesperson - Poolside Yarrawonga

Poolside Cobram & Yarrawonga is a family-owned business with over 25 years' experience installing and servicing swimming pools in the Cobram, Yarrawonga and surrounding areas.

We build quality pools and spas that exceed our customer's expectations!

We are passionate about our industry and what we do and are currently seeking a likeminded individual to join our fabulous team! 

A position has become available as a Senior Salesperson to join our team at out NEW Yarrawonga shop, to assist with all general tasks associated with ensuring customers are provided with excellent service, sales, stock ordering, undertake inventory and orders, and so much more.

Key responsibilities for the position include:

• Sales of pools, spas & associated products

• Water tests & advising customers of proper water care & maintenance

• Offer exceptional customer service to an existing and growing customer base

• First point of contact for calls and assisting with diagnosing issues over the phone/email

• Coordination of service and warranty enquiries and subsequent in field visits where required

• Technical support, fault finding and troubleshooting for pool and spa equipment

• Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Take part in our training programs to stay ahead in customer care and product knowledge

• Any additional duties as directed by the manager 

Requirements for the position include:

• Extensive sales experience

• Prior experience in the swimming pool industry and a strong practical knowledge of the pool industry is preferable

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new programs

• Ability to clearly communicate with staff, suppliers and customers of the business 

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with priority listing 

• Ability to think outside the box

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• The ability to quickly build rapport with a range of people

• High level accuracy and attention to detail

• Enthusiastic and professional disposition 

• Driver's licence and Forklift licence a must
