ALFA Queensland Industry Forum to be held at SPLASH! on the Gold Coast

ALFA Queensland will be holding an Industry Forum in conjunction with SPLASH! on the Gold Coast on Thursday August 18 from 8.00am to 12.30pm.

This half day event will enable community leisure facility managers, pool operators and local government representatives to get together, network and share experiences, while learning about and discussing industry trends, best practice and finding solutions to current industry issues.

Guest speakers include:

David Speechley – CEO, Australian Swimming Coaches and Teachers Association (ASCTA) will discuss qualifications and scope of operation in an aquatic environment.

Rob Savell – CEO & owner of Hydrocare will discuss the safety and use of large inflatables and what they can bring to your facility.

Jeremy Smith – business manager of SR Smith will be discussing the latest innovations in waterslides and other pool additions.

In addition to the presentations and education, there will be plenty of networking opportunities and light refreshments will be provided. The ALFAQ Annual General Meeting will also be held during the event.
