Beach-style paving

Pavers that look like sand.

This is an innovation from New Zealand – Paralia Shoreline Tiles.

The idea is that the tiles replicate the ripples of the sand at the beach. But not only do the tiles look amazing, they are made from soft, rubberised material ideal for pool surrounds: so children can play safely around the pool, running and jumping on the impact-absorbing and non-slip rubber.

They enable a dynamic free-form poolscape, contouring to create rolling dunes and raised planting areas, covering differing ground levels.

The Karekare tile was inspired by New Zealand’s rugged West Coast, while the Wainui is intended to replicate the golden sands of the Pacific.

To complement the tiles, Paralia make Tsunami glass complete with ripples, so the pool fencing can continue the ocean wave theme. This frameless 12mm toughened glass is a safe strong solution to pool fencing and gates.
