ACT
30 May 2018
This 8-hours SPASA intensive workshop specifies the outcomes required to conduct basic measuring and levelling techniques as part of the set-out procedures performed on swimming pool building projects.
Undertaking a Site Survey is a crucial step in beginning the construction process. Site Surveys done correctly will provide an accurate measurement and mark out the site primary property boundaries and produce preliminary markers to set out where the new swimming pool will be situated on the property.
This investigation will ensure that your property borders are accurate, and that the swimming pool is built exactly where it's supposed to go. Getting these measurements right is vital if you want to avoid building or legal problems after construction begins.
This workshop will include:
- Use of technical instruments
- Application of standard procedures
- Performance of calculations necessary in the set-out of construction projects.
