The Nemo Submersible Electric Drill is an all-weather tool, suitable for use in wet and corrosive environments. It operates at the same capacity as its dry-land counterparts, but allows you to do jobs around and under the water.

This waterproof cordless drill is perfect for pool repairs and the diving and boating industries. It utilizes a simpler drive train than pneumatic or hydraulic drills, making it a fraction of the price and easier to maneuver since there are no pumps, compressors, or links to the surface. It weighs in at less than 3kg and has a 13mm stainless steel chuck and 18V Li-on battery. The drill has been tested at depths of up to 20m and may be used in fresh, chlorinated, and salt water.

The Nemo drill was originally custom-designed and built one-at-a-time for scientific and government organizations in 2012. The technology was then adapted into the current commercially available version and small-scale production began in 2013.
