SR Smith acquires Stark Bulkheads

SR Smith has bolstered its commercial construction products business with the acquisition of Stark Bulkheads.

On February 24, SR Smith announced the acquisition of Composite Aquatic Innovations (Stark Bulkheads) based in Arlington, Washington.

SR Smith will operate Stark as a standalone product business within SR Smith’s commercial construction products business.

“Our 2015 Australian acquisition of All Fiberglass Products was our first entry into construction products for commercial swimming pools,” says Rich Laitta, CEO of SR Smith.
